Account Registration & Security

To access our services, users must register with a valid email address, unique username, and secure password. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.

A valid, working email address is mandatory for account registration and all service communication.
Billing Info
Certain paid services may require billing details, phone number, or identification documents for fraud prevention purposes.
Accuracy
Users must provide accurate information and keep all account details updated at all times.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Spark Host is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

Spark Host offers premium hosting infrastructure. All services require advance payment and are governed by the billing terms below.

Refund Policy — 3-Day Window

We aim to provide high-quality services. Our refund policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions outside the terms below.

✓ Eligible
Minecraft servers, game servers, and bot hosting — within the first 3 days of initial purchase, with a valid reason and proper proof of the issue.
✗ Not Eligible
No refunds for VPS, VDS, Dedicated Servers, Semi-Dedicated Servers, domain registrations, or renewals — under any circumstances.
✗ Proof Required
All refund requests must include valid reason and proof. Requests submitted without proof may be denied at our discretion.
✗ Forfeited
Violating any Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy immediately forfeits all refund eligibility.

Account Usage Responsibilities

By using Spark Host, you agree to the following responsibilities. All activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

Account Activity
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Legal Compliance
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using our services.
Resource Limits
You must remain within your hosting plan's allocated RAM, CPU, storage, and bandwidth. Exceeding limits may result in service suspension.

Acceptable Use Policy

Spark Host maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of abuse and misuse of our infrastructure.

DDoS AttacksInitiating or participating in distributed denial-of-service attacks against any target, including Spark Host infrastructure.
Illegal ActivitiesHosting illegal content or engaging in any unlawful acts through our services is strictly forbidden.
Malicious ActivityHacking, phishing, malware distribution, ransomware deployment, or any other harmful cyber activities.
Server AbuseDeliberate stress-testing, exploiting vulnerabilities, or abusing shared hosting infrastructure in any way.

Service Limitations

While Spark Host strives for maximum reliability and performance, the following limitations apply to all services and plans.

Uptime
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen outages may occur without advance notice.
Overuse Suspension
Services may be suspended if resource limits are consistently exceeded. You will be notified where possible.
Support Priority
Paid plans receive prioritized support response times. Free and trial tier services receive lower priority support.
